If you are reading this now then you probably found this item for sale online; most likely Lazada. Be honest, you were impressed due to it’s appearance and the price. Indeed, it’s awesome that you can get a gaming mouse and keyboard with that kind of price and appearance; it’s a bundle anyway. If you’re reading this now before you buy, then you’re lucky since I will intentionally confess my expressions towards the product up to the tiniest details that I noticed so far the day I received it to my doorstep and start using it. Now here’s the question. Is this bundle worth to buy or not? Let’s find out, shall we?

General Impression

I’m kinda impressed on how the keyboard was designed most especially on how the lights goes through the keycaps and how the lights blends on the background. One of the reason why I bought this product is because of the backlight so I can see my keyboard during the night. The appearance was breathtaking especially in the dark; best eye candy for standard gamers. They keys feels great, it’s soft and does really match the pressure of my fingers while on typing sessions.

As for the mouse, it is indeed worth to use. I like the appearance since it’s not exaggerated (or should I say overrated) like any other cheap gaming mouse that I saw before. The lights are also amazing, it is neat and well designed for a minimalist lover like me. As for the material I love the rubber-like plastic that covers the whole mouse which makes it look classy at some point; well done. As for my usage, the grip feels outstanding for playing FPS, MOBA & RTS games since it’s physical design was made for stable and light control of the mouse. Another thing why I mentioned that this mouse is best for those game genres is because on how precise and responsive it is. The mouse is accurate and responsive enough adapt on your hand movements and your monitor resolution which are really essential to have a better control on those kind of games. Last thing that I like is the Back & Forward navigation keys which provides me easy navigation to my tasks such as navigating through File Explorer (forward & back commonly) which is kinda handy to make my stuff a lot faster especially when multitasking.

Comfortable Keys

The keys feels amazing as I mentioned earlier. The keys can adapt to the pressure of my fingers during typing sessions. The height and shape of the keys are perfect for my fingers to rest on and makes the keys easier to press.

 

Colorful Backlight design

I love the view of the backlight. Very neat and really does amaze me on how it looks. Totally attracting.

Precise positioning

The mouse can easily adapt to the size of your current screen resolution which generally enhance your gaming experience with ease.

Cons:

Keyboard:

Not a REAL mechanical keyboard

As it was advertised in Lazada, they stated right on the features section that it’s a “Mechanical Keyboard”,  but it’s actually not. This is a membrane keyboard to be exact. A very disappointing and downside of the overall product to be honest.

 

Lights are uneven in some parts

I did mentioned earlier that the lights are breathtaking. That’s true but I didn’t said it was perfect. There are some keys that are dim (in my case near the arrow keys) which are not covered by the LED that much.

No Multimedia keys

Since this is a gaming keyboard, I do expect that this has multimedia keys at least. I was kinda ashamed of myself that I didn’t noticed that right on the preview of the product. Have been better if this keyboard has a multimedia keys; might be awesome.

Backlight function

Just to be clear, I’m not complaining about the backlight but I do on it’s operation. Whenever you turn on your rig, you need to turn on the backlight manually by pressing the Scroll Lock key. Another problem is the Scroll Lock also activates (or deactivates depends on your last session if your Scroll Lock is activated before doing this) at the same time when you turn on the backlight. I don’t really want that. I prefer keyboards that turns on the backlight by default, not to manually turn it on then trigger a function key at the same time.

Mouse:

Mixing light when moving the mouse

The light coming from the lens destroys the look of the mouse when you move it. The light reflects at the back part of the mouse and mixes to its current color ruining the look sometimes.

Whole Product:

Material and quality of manufacturing

The materials is 100% made of cheap light plastic. It’s ok but the way it as manufactured makes it look like a cheap-looking keyboard if you look close to it. Some of the parts are not well painted which is noticeable on the keycaps if light passes through it. You can also feel sharp edges if you swipe through the edges of the plastic . The keyboard is nice but poorly manufactured. No wonder why it was incredibly light the day received it.

No keycap remover

Totally a downer that the whole product doesn’t have a keycap remover with it which gives me a harder time to replace my keycaps.

Overall:

Well… The keyboard is quite satisfying but what rocks here is the mouse. So far, the product enhanced my experience both on gaming and normal usage which is indeed worth my money since I just got this bundle during a 70% sale; lucky me.

Alright! Now I am going to answer the question if this product is worth to buy or not. For me, the product is worth to buy if your are totally in need of having both keyboard and mouse that suites your budget. You’re gonna save for sure than buying them separately in my opinion. In addition, it is worth to buy also if it’s on a big sale rate like on the day I bought this, it was really a 70% sale. Again, I was just lucky. If you’re the kind of person who are looking for a good gaming gear, I guess this not for you. I don’t recommend this for hardcore & professional gamers.
